Brandon concentrates his practice in general civil litigation matters; including premises liability, product liability, construction and various insurance defense cases. Brandon also represents municipalities, agricultural operations, farmers and property owners in both the defense of lawsuits and administrative actions. Brandon earned a B.A. from Wabash College in 2007 majoring in History and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2010. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Brandon clerked for the firm in 2009 and he also worked for the Michigan Department of the Attorney General in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

Eric is a member of Lewis Wagner’s Litigation Group where he spends the majority of his time handling catastrophic and complex litigation, insurance coverage disputes, legal malpractice defense and general litigation matters involving transportation, construction and premise liability. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner in 2014, Eric represented corporate and individual clients in civil litigation matters involving breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, aviation matters, property and casualty litigation and general tort litigation. He provided advice and counsel to a variety of clients including individuals, airlines, trucking and logistics companies, and construction firms and related contractors. From 2000-2002, Eric served as Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Robert D. Rucker, Indiana Supreme Court. He is a 2007 graduate of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy.
