Lynsey F. David
“Making the litigation process as painless as possible is my central focus for every client.”

Lynsey is a compassionate and dedicated attorney. As a member of Lewis Wagner’s transportation practice group, she devotes much of her time to representing commercial carriers and drivers during wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and property damage litigation. She often litigates in both state and federal court, and assists clients in pre-suit investigations, including 24/7 statewide emergency accident investigation.

Lynsey understands and appreciates the importance of the transportation industry as an integral part of our society. Therefore, her goal is to communicate effectively and handle issues as they arise – and, when possible, before they arise – to ensure her clients stay informed, while being able to maintain focus on their clients, team, and goals.

Lynsey grew up in Kentucky, where she later attended college and law school, and is proud to be a “Hoosier transplant”. She has a passion for people and focuses much of her time and effort on internal and external Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. When not chasing her son around, she is an avid reader and has a love/hate relationship with working out.
