Kristen manages the legalese so clients can focus on their business. An attorney in Lewis Wagner’s business services and commercial transactions practice group, Kristen represents businesses in a variety of areas, including business transactions, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing, and intellectual property rights. On the commercial real estate front, she works on behalf of landlords, tenants, and property owners on the commercial real estate side, drafting and negotiating leases, purchase agreements, and other documents pertaining to the use of real property. From a business operations perspective, Kristen negotiates and drafts master services agreements, license agreements, terms of conditions, and purchase agreements for acquisitions and dispositions. She also assists with corporate governance matters, including operating agreements and shareholder agreements.
