An attorney in Lewis Wagner’s Business Services and Commercial Transactions practice group, Kristen represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas, including business transactions, intellectual property rights, and commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
Kristen has represented landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial, and warehouse leasing. Kristen has also represented businesses in connection with an array of commercial contracts, supply agreements, and services contracts, in addition to providing advice on employment issues, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality concerns.
As a licensed patent attorney, Kristen also counsels clients on intellectual property matters, primarily related to trademark prosecution and enforcement, as well as protection of intellectual property, generally.
Kristen earned her J.D. cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and concurrently earned a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
