An associate in Lewis Wagner’s Business Services and Commercial Transactions practice group, Kristen represents individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, including business transactions, intellectual property rights, commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
Kristen has represented landlords and tenants in office, retail, industrial and warehouse leasing. Kristen has also represented businesses in connection with an array of commercial contracts, supply agreements, and services contracts, in addition to employment issues, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality concerns.
Kristen’s practice also has an intellectual property focus, in which she currently focuses on trademark prosecution and enforcement, as well as protection of intellectual property, generally.
Kristen earned her J.D. cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she served as an editor for Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies and was recognized as Outstanding Editor. While pursuing her law degree, Kristen also earned a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs, where she was a teaching assistant in classes relating to environmental sustainability and hazardous materials.
