Lisa has practiced complex litigation and appellate law since 1995. Her experience includes professional malpractice, insurance bad faith, insurance defense and coverage (including domestic and international coverage arbitrations), premises liability, products liability (including MDL actions), environmental, domestic relations and general commercial litigation under Articles 2, 3, 4 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code in state and federal courts.
She has also litigated cases involving employment issues, ERISA, RICO and represented and advised secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and Trustees in bankruptcy matters and Chapters 7, 11 and 13, including negotiating and effectuating sales of assets, initiating litigation to recover estate assets, analyzing claims and proposing plan of confirmation.
In addition to her complex litigation and appellate practice, Lisa counsels small business clients in all aspects of the law, including commercial collections, regulatory compliance, human resources, and family estate planning and wealth management.
