Kevin is a committed, dedicated expert leveraging 20+ years of experience in estate planning, business exit planning, and estate and trust administration. He is a native of Indianapolis and attended Cathedral High School. He graduated from Ball State University and Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. In addition to his educational background, Kevin served in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps for two decades before retiring in 2016.
He is certified by the Indiana State Bar Association as an estate planning and probate specialist and was previously a Certified Exit Planning Advisor for The Exit Planning Institute. He is also a frequent writer and lecturer on estate planning and business exit planning topics. Outside of his legal practice, Kevin and his wife have four children, who they raised in their home at the former Fort Benjamin Harrison.
