Michael is a strategic litigator, committed to providing clients with focused support in business and real estate litigation. He joined Lewis Wagner in 2022 after graduating cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he also received a graduate certificate in criminal law. He was a decorated scholarship recipient, receiving the Robert F. Wagner Trial Advocacy-Diversity Scholarship and a Resident Merit Scholarship.

Michael’s true desire to become a litigator fully blossomed when he was named to the Order of the Barristers following his moot court competition experience and his subsequent position as Assistant Chief Justice of Problem Writing and CLE Training on the Moot Court Society Executive Board.

When Michael is not working, he enjoys taking his dog on walks and spending quality time with his family and friends. Michael also enjoys cheering on his Indiana Hoosiers and the Indianapolis Colts.

(“Select”) holding that Select owed no legal duty to its ancillary network provider FMS Nephrology Partners North Central Indiana Dialysis Centers (“FMS”) to bind payors to pay 100% of FMS’ network rate without any patient responsibility where (i) the parties’ ancillary provider agreement imposed no such duty upon Select; (ii) the patient’s benefits plan contained a benefits limitation for the services at issue; and (iii) FMS failed to pursue the patient for payment following application of benefits.
