Lesley is a member of Lewis Wagner's Transportation Practice Group where she focuses primarily on representing commercial carriers and drivers in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal court, as well as 24/7 state-wide emergency accident investigation. Lesley prides herself on being flexible. She can delve into the weeds on a complex claim when necessary or break down complex claims into actionable solutions in accordance with the client's risk management objectives. Lesley understands when a claim needs to be moved early in the process and will not unduly lengthen that process. She provides excellent product on a value basis and produces a quality litigation result via mediation or trial. Lesley strives to be practical when communicating with clients, the judiciary, and opposing counsel. She remains actively involved in speaking on transportation related matters across the country and an active participant in ALFA International's Transportation Practice Group.

Prior to her legal career, Lesley attended the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Upon completion, she obtained her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
