Darron is a Senior Paralegal who joined the firm in April 2010 serving the business and corporate litigation group and medical malpractice group. Darron facilitates the management of business and corporate litigation, discovery, document production databases, assists with case investigation, depositions, and trial preparation, and is an integral part of Lewis Wagner’s team concept for handling cases through resolution. Darron has managed some of the largest mass tort medical malpractice claims in the state.
Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Darron worked in the insurance industry for 22 years in various positions, the most significant of which was personal injury, complex claims litigation, supervision, risk management, training, coverage analysis and litigation management. He has participated in over 600 mediations and observed more than 50 personal injury trials. He also handled personal injury claims for specialty insurance lines such as: church, Senior Living Centers, and sexual misconduct.
Darron is permitted to assist in providing legal services per Guideline 9.1 - 9.10 - Indiana Rules of Court.
