Darron Pennington has worked in the insurance industry since 1990 in various positions. This experience includes personal injury, the most significant of which has been in personal injury and complex claims litigation, supervision, risk management, training, coverage analysis and litigation management. He has participated in over 600 mediations and observed more than 50 personal injury trials. In addition, he has handled personal claims for specialty coverage such as: church, Senior Living Centers, and sexual misconduct.
In the medical malpractice area, Darron reviews, analyzes, and summarizes medical records creating charts, graphs and complex spreadsheets.
Darron joined the firm as a paralegal in April 2010 and is assisting in the business and corporate litigation arena. Darron facilitates the management of business and corporate litigation and discovery databases, assists with case investigation, depositions, and trial preparation, and is an integral part of Lewis Wagner’s team concept for handling cases through resolution.
Darron is permitted to assist in providing legal services per Guideline 9.1 - 9.10 - Indiana Rules of Court.
