As a part of Lewis Wagner’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, Neal counsels and represents employers in a wide array of complex matters including wage and hour issues, claims by current and former employees, and noncompete matters. He has published articles on numerous matters, including overtime pay issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
In addition to his work in the Labor and Employment Practice Group, Neal is also a member of the Firm’s Appellate Practice Group, and regularly represents and advises attorneys in malpractice and professional responsibility matters as well.
