He has published articles on a variety of employment law topics, including overtime pay issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Neal is also a skilled appellate advocate, having handled a wide number of appeals before state and federal appellate courts. He regularly represents and advises attorneys in malpractice and professional responsibility matters.

  • Bardonner v. Clendening, Johnson & Bohrer, P.C., 144 N.E.3d 208, Indiana Court of Appeals, 2020 (memorandum decision).
  • Blackmon v. Mt. Zion Apolstolic Church, Inc. (Ind. Ct. App. 2018). Indiana Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment to Mt. Zion on wrongful death and survival claims.
  • Magee v. Welke (Ind. Ct. App. 2015). Dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(B)(6) reversed.
