Since receiving her associate degree in paralegal studies, Denise has assisted the litigation practice of attorneys preparing pleadings, discovery, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, trial exhibits, statement of facts, and more. Denise’s attention to detail and support with trial war rooms, exhibits, witnesses, experts and voir dire is an asset to the Firm’s litigation practice.
Denise is permitted to assist in providing legal services per Guideline 9.1 - 9.10 - Indiana Rules of Court.
