Molly is a partner in Lewis Wagner’s litigation group, concentrating her practice on defending a variety of civil litigation matters, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction liability, and various insurance defense cases. She also has substantial experience representing Indiana governmental entities in defense of lawsuits.

Molly serves estate clients in areas of simple and complex probate disputes and litigation matters. Molly provides compassionate guidance and understands the sensitive dynamics involved in probate disputes.

Molly is a proud graduate of DePauw University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While pursuing her law degree, she served as a legal extern for the NCAA and a legal Intern for The Finish Line, Inc. For two years, she chaired the Young Lawyer Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and she currently serves on the Indianapolis Legal Aid Society Board of Directors. She has also been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past five years.

Molly lives in Indianapolis with her husband and their two young daughters.
