Thomas C. Hays Served as Panel Speaker

Thomas C. Hays served as a panel speaker at the Indiana State Bar Association's (ISBA) Solo & Small Firm Conference held in Indianapolis on May 31-June 2, 2007. He presented the topic "New Jury Rules: Strategy and Tips," with the Honorable Judge Gerald Zore of Indianapolis and attorney Rich Eynon of Columbus, Indiana.

In October, Tom attended the DRI Annual Meeting in Washington, DC. He currently serves on the DRI Trial Tactics Committee.

As a member of the DTCI Board of Directors, Tom also attended the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana's annual meeting in French Lick on November 15-16, as well as the Advanced Mediation Institute held on November 8-9. In December, he attended the annual meeting of ABOTA, the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA).

Tom's recent speaking engagements include a seminar presentation on Construction Site Accidents in December, plus a presentation of the 2007 Case Law Updates to members of Zurich Insurance.
