Robert M. Baker IV Joins Firm

The Partners of Lewis Wagner, LLP are pleased to announce that attorney Robert M. Baker IV has joined the firm as an associate attorney.

Mr. Baker is a 2005 summa cum laude graduate of the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis. A political science major, he completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana in 2002.

Mr. Baker served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert L. Miller, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for Northern Indiana (2005-2007), prior to joining Lewis Wagner, LLP. He was admitted to practice law in Indiana in 2005, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for Northern Indiana in 2005 and the U.S. District Court for Southern Indiana in 2007. Mr. Baker is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Baker's areas of practice include business and complex litigation, insurance coverage litigation, professional malpractice and product liability.

A resident of Indianapolis, Mr. Baker is an active member in several professional and community organizations, including the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. He is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity at Indiana University.
