INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 16, 2008) – Lewis Wagner is pleased to announce that Valerie Hughs was elected to partner.

Valerie received her B.S. from the West Virginia University and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 2000, where she served on the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Hughs has appeared before a wide range of state and federal courts across the state of Indiana, and has tort liability defense experience in the areas of construction, products, automobile and medical malpractice. Her current practice covers all aspects of defense litigation, with an emphasis on construction, premises liability, product liability, automobile, and coverage.
