LEWIS WAGNER ELECTS CASSMAN AS PARTNER

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (June 16, 2008) – Lewis Wagner is pleased to announce that Stephanie Cassman was elected to partner.

Stephanie focuses her practice on premises liability, product liability, and employment law. She enjoys analyzing and resolving a wide variety of employment disputes in both state and federal court as well as before the EEOC and Indiana Civil Rights Commission. Cassman is an active member of the Defense Research Institute Employment Law Section and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana Trial Tactics Committee. She is also a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, where she serves on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section. Cassman earned a BA from Indiana University in 1997 and graduated from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 2000.
