Valerie joined Lewis Wagner's litigation team in 2004. A former town attorney, Valerie has appeared before a wide range of state and federal courts across the state of Indiana, and has tort liability defense experience in the areas of construction, products, automobile and medical malpractice.

Her current practice covers all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including pre-suit investigation, mediation and all phases of trial preparation through trial and appeal, with an emphasis on construction, products, automobile, premises, and coverage liabilities.

Valerie has an approachable, credible demeanor that affords her a down-to-earth rapport with judges, opposing counsel and a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals to corporations. Valerie has achieved fine results for her clients through zealous oral and written advocacy, while maintianing civility as an adversary.
