The interpretation and construction of insurance policies can be a complex process. Rick has been asked to review and analyze a number of insurance law issues including coverage for both insureds and insurance companies. Analyzing factual scenarios and applying them under a policy of insurance is an attribute that Rick has developed over his many years of practice.

Rick is also an active litigation attorney on standard to complex cases in the areas of negligence, fire loss, product liability and commercial litigation. Rick has successfully handled appeals to the Indiana appellate courts and the Seventh Circuit. A former collegiate baseball player, Rick enjoys following his favorite sports teams, studying the Civil War, and traveling.
