Mary has represented thousands of clients over the past 15 years in all areas of Family Law. These have included both dissolution cases involving division of major assets to emotionally charged custody disputes, and all areas in between.

Mary is very confident in addressing all aspects of Family Law and believes in being compassionate and caring when dealing with her clients, who are usually going through a very highly emotional time. She also believes in speaking the truth and using straight talk with her clients as this is the key to achieving successful resolutions of the issues. Mary is also a registered Civil Law Mediator and has been chosen many times by her colleagues to mediate issues in Family Law disputes, due to her vast background and experience in this area of law.

Mary has traveled extensively, especially in Mexico, and is very proficient in the Spanish language, having lived in Chihuahua, Mexico for 1 1/2 years. This enables Mary to assist those clients in the community who need representation or other assistance but are not fluent in English.
