Ms. Shaheed-Diallo, an associate with the firm, represents corporations and business ventures in medical device litigation and in the defense of product liability actions. She has represented clients in critical aspects of discovery, motion practice and expert depositions in these areas, where protection of proprietary business information and data are sometimes as much at stake as the outcome of the case in chief. Ms. Shaheed-Diallo received a Bachelor's degree from DePauw University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Law. She is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the American and New York State Bar Associations.
