Daun concentrates her practice in the areas of premises liability and toxic tort claims.  She is the senior partner on the Asbestos Trial Team and manages the Marion County Mass Tort dockets for asbestos and silica litigation.   

Her extensive trial experience includes over 20 successful automobile and premises liability jury trials and numerous bench trials in both State and Federal courts throughout Indiana.  She has also provided skillful and thorough representation in trucking and wrongful death cases.
