Since graduating from law school in 1997, Rich has practiced primarily in the area of commercial law and medical malpractice. He has written and published law review articles on corporate law, appellate practice and constitutional issues. Rich's practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a variety of areas, including business and real estate transactions, business succession planning, regulatory matters and commercial litigation. Rich also represents the Indiana Department of Insurance on a number of medical malpractice issues. Rich is actively involved in local civic organizations.
