Kelly is a member of Lewis Wagner's litigation group where she concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and bad faith, construction, and product liability. Prior to joining Lewis Wagner, Kelly counseled healthcare providers facing complex legal issues involving medical malpractice and premise liability. She handled all aspects of litigation for hospitals, individual physicians, and medical groups/clinics from the required administrative claim process through jury trials. She also represented individual health care providers before their respective licensing boards. Kelly’s prior experience also includes representing a national utility locating company in contractual and negligence issues.
