With a dependable, straightforward approach to problem solving and a deep-rooted commitment to the food and agriculture industry, Aaron takes a business-focused approach to his litigation practice. He is an expert litigator and partner in Lewis Wagner’s business litigation group, concentrating his practice on employment restrictive covenant litigation, supply chain disputes, and shareholder/member litigation.  Aaron also represents billboard owners and operators in litigation involving constitutional, regulatory, and contract matters.

Aaron is a graduate of DePauw University and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Leveraging more than a decade of business litigation experience from an AmLaw 200 firm, he was drawn to Lewis Wagner in 2017 because it allowed him to take a flexible, personalized approach to client cases.

He lives in Zionsville and is an active member of the community. Aaron serves on the Zionsville Little League Board of Directors, coaches a sixth-grade Zionsville Youth Basketball travel team, and is the official GameChanger Dad for the Zionsville Baseball Club 12u Green Team.
